Rob Lawrence
Rob Lawrence joined Otelier as Chief Executive Officer in December 2024; as a results-oriented leader, he has a proven track record of unlocking value in companies at varying stages along the maturity curve. His unique strengths include developing and executing differentiated business strategies, creating high-performing, customer-centric winning cultures, and developing extraordinary teams. Prior to Otelier, Rob was COO at Formstack, where he was responsible for leading and driving the company's go-to-market strategy and customer journey, which included sales, marketing customer success, professional services and customer support. Previously, Rob was SVP of Corporate Development & Strategy at LogMeIn (now GoTo), where he focused on driving the company’s organic and inorganic growth agenda as a key business partner to the CEO. Before LogMeIn, Rob worked at Skillsoft, Inc., a leading global provider of cloud-based learning solutions for large and small enterprises, where he served as Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development. Rob spent the first 15 years of his career in strategy consulting; his focus was on strategy formulation, operational diagnostic, M&A advisory and planning across a diverse set of industry verticals. Rob also sits on multiple non-profit boards, where he is a champion of education reform. Outside of work and volunteering, Rob can be found standing on a soccer sideline, on a mountain, a beach, or in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes. Rob is a graduate of Middlebury College and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
